DevStructure Privacy Policy

DevStructure LLC is committed to the privacy and security of our customers and their data.  As such we have created the following policy that explains our methods and practices.  This policy applies to all DevStructure sites (devstructure.com, api.devstructure.com) You can view this policy anytime online at http://devstructure.com/privacy.

What We Collect

• In order to provide our service, the DevStructure websites contain several forms that collect various information about our customers.  From these forms, we collect:
  • Full name
  • Username
  • Password
  • Email address
  • Unique identifiers
  • Live chat message
  • Customer Support emails
• We do not intentionally gather personal data about anyone under the age of 13.
• We regularly access servers you have created using the Service or servers you have designated for use with the Service in order to provide the Service.  We do not view or monitor the files you upload, download or store on your servers outside of system files and packages required to provide the Service.  We do not disclose any information regarding your specific files and data without your permission, unless required by laws applicable to DevStructure or in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service.

How Secure is my Information?

• DevStructure takes privacy and security seriously and as such we are committed to industry best practices and approaches concerning the security of your information.  The information we collect is stored on secure, redundant and regularly backed up servers and accessed only by DevStructure employees or vendors, contractors or consultants authorized by DevStructure to access the servers.  Please note, DevStructure uses third party vendors and hosting to provide the Service.
• The Profile portion of your DevStructure account, accessible via the Account & Billing menu, contains information that can be shared with other customers for social purposes.  Full use, partial use or no use of this Profile is left to the customer.  By entering information on the Profile page, the customer authorizes DevStructure to share this information with other customers for social purposes.
• To protect your information and data, remember to keep your passwords and API information private.

Customer Contact and Information

• We use customer information to send emails related to the Service on an as needed basis.  This information will not be used for any other purpose unless we have obtained your consent to do so.
• A customer can update the information they have sent to DevStructure at anytime via our website.  If you choose to cancel your account, your information may be retained in our backup records.
• All information collected by DevStructure is for providing our Service and support to customers, improving our Service, and general administration.  We will not sell or market the email addresses or other collected personal information of our customers to any third parties.

Financial Information

• For billing purposes, some customers must enter credit card information via the website.  We do not store credit card information on our servers and use a third party service for all credit card billing and storage.

Cookies

• Our sites employ the use of cookies to collect data that enables us to better understand and improve the Service.  Cookies are text files sent to your browser and stored locally.  Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use our service.

Third Party Services

• DevStructure uses Third Party Services to provide our Service and the DevStructure websites contain links to Third Party Services.  Third Party Services have their own privacy policies and Terms of Service and you should review those policies before using our Service.

Revisions To The Privacy Statement

• DevStructure reserves the right to change this policy and our other policies at any time and in any manner.  Notice of any modification of this policy will be posted on the DevStructure website and a user’s continued use of the Service will signify agreement to such changes.
